  • This Zoomlite luggage is warranted to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 15 Years from the date of purchase. (Proof of purchase must be provided for all warranty claims). This warranty specifically excludes damage due to or resulting from accidents, abuse, tampering, or mishandling, vandalism, negligence, alteration, damage in transit by a common carrier (eg. airlines, rail, etc.). It is the owner’s responsibiity to file claims for damages caused by public transportation carriers directly with the carrier concerned. This does not exclude any warranties covered by Australian Consumer Law. If the product is found to be defective under warranty conditions,the defective product should be properly packaged and sent to the address on this warranty card at your expense and accompanied by a proof of purchase along with a description of the defect. The product, normal wear and tear excepted, will be repaired or replaced at our option free of charge.

  • For a limited time we are offering free delivery Australia wide on all orders over $50
  • All orders under $50 incur a flat shipping surcharge of $10. In most cases the parcel will be delivered by Australia Post or by our nominated carrier
  • We reserve the right to charge a surcharge on deliveries to remote locations in the case of bulky items like suitcases. In such cases we will quote you the shipping charge on receipt of your order before we process your credit card. We will proceed with the order only if the shipping quote is acceptable to you

  • International shipping to most countries is available at a flat fee of A$20. We do not offer international shipping on larger and bulky items
